MBT USA is a collective of clinicians, organizations, and supervisors in the United States who are dedicated to the practice and dissemination of mentalization-based treatment, or “MBT.”

In collaboration with Anna Freud in London—the worldwide training hub of MBT—we offer training and supervision to clinicians across the world in MBT.

Through virtual and in-person gatherings, we promote ongoing collaboration, learning, writing, and social engagement with other like-minded clinicians who love MBT. And through this online forum, we organize essential resources so that clinicians, patients, and the general public can learn more about mentalizing and MBT.
